As a mechanic and engineer, I often order spare parts. Usually, I get them within Germany, but this time I had to source a filter housing for my flail mower's motor from Generator Guru in the UK. I was a bit nervous at first since they mentioned long delivery times for international orders, and I was worried about possibly losing my cash if something went wrong. The price, including shipping, seemed reasonable, though. To my surprise, the delivery was quick, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong part. I was pretty upset and filed a complaint through their return system that same evening. What happened next was a pleasant surprise! Joe Solomon, the Chief Engineer at Generator Guru, replied to my email the very next day. He apologized and arranged for the correct part to be shipped out quickly. It showed up a few days later and was just what I needed. I can definitely recommend Generator Guru to anyone in search of a dependable and customer-focused company.

This company is super helpful and really goes out of their way to assist customers in locating the correct parts, such as the appropriate filter for the filter bowl.

They swapped out the capacitor I wanted for one with a different size rating without letting me know. When I asked about it, they said it was 'close enough.' Well, let me tell ya, it ain't close enough because the tolerance on this capacitor doesn't match what I needed. If I wanted that size, I would’ve ordered it! I should've been given the chance to cancel my order if they couldn't provide what I requested. They told me I could return it at my own cost for a refund, but the shipping fees from the US make that offer just not worth it. They sent me something I didn't ask for.

I've tried out Generator Guru a couple of times lately, and I gotta say, their service is top-notch. The parts they provided were solid, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the delivery was.

I was really blown away by Generator Guru’s entire setup; their website is awesome! When I ordered a carburettor, they even asked if I needed gaskets and a fuel line, which was super helpful. The parts arrived quickly, just like they promised. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about. After 30 years of fixing engines, both big and small, I haven't seen many as efficient as theirs. Plenty of other companies could take a page from their book.

I get that shipping is complimentary, but I have no clue where it's coming from since I can't find a phone number to reach out to you, and that's really not great for business! This is the only way I've managed to contact you, which isn't ideal for business either! I need my part, and sure, I know you mentioned it might take up to 12 days, but honestly, nothing should take that long. I'm also in the dark about where it is, which isn't good for business. I need my little part like yesterday, and please don’t make me wait. I could've paid for faster shipping, knowing it would cost as much as the part itself.
